Expectations and Goals

Mexxsun’s growth process made digitalization of business processes inevitable. Integration problems between ERP, B2B and B2C systems operating on different platforms had begun to cause gaps in information flow and loss of efficiency. The company needed a web-based, flexible and easily accessible solution that would bring all of its processes together under one roof. In addition, an infrastructure that provided access from anywhere with just an internet connection, without being tied to a physical server, was critical for Mexxsun’s remote management and mobility needs. As a result of Entranet Yazılım's comprehensive business process analysis; Mexxsun's ERP, B2B and B2C solutions were determined. Using Trizbi's powerful infrastructure, all critical business processes such as product management, order tracking, purchasing, warehouse and stock management, current correspondence and current collection were digitalized. Thanks to Trizbi's flexible structure, all of Mexxsun's business processes began to be carried out in an integrated structure, quickly and efficiently in a digital environment.

Implementation and Distribution Process

With Trizbi solutions, Mexxsun has gathered all its business processes under a single system from end to end. Dealership management in the B2B channel has been digitalized from beginning to end. Dealers have been able to place orders through the system with logins defined specifically for them. Current accounts can be viewed, payments can be made online and warranty processes can be managed from a single screen. All these transactions can be monitored in real time and without errors through a central system.

At the same time, on the B2C side, sales to end users were structured with a web infrastructure that works directly integrated with the ERP. This made it possible to instantly update stock information, automatically reflect products on the website, and directly connect order management to the ERP.

With the Trizbi infrastructure that includes finance, sales, CRM, accounting, warehouse and intranet modules, Mexxsun has brought all business lines to a central structure. This system also works in integration with systems such as QNBPay and İzibiz e-invoice integration, automating processes end-to-end.
